Course content:

Essential Workplace Communication Skills - An overview of the verbal and non-verbal communication skills required in the corporate world.
Business Writing - Skills training in the use of clear, correct, concise written language essential to successful internal and external business communication.
Email Etiquette - Key skills and tips for managing email overload and writing succinct emails that achieve their purpose. The overall aim of which is to save time and improve productivity.

Speaking - This session focuses on questioning skills, and techniques for giving feedback and participating in discussions in the workplace.

The objective of our Watermarque Bridging Course is to improve productivity by equipping participants with up-to-date knowledge and skills so they function efficiently in an English speaking workplace.
